Investment Approach

Clearview is a vertically integrated real estate development firm that oversees investments throughout their lifecycle. Starting with site selection through entitlements, predevelopment, construction, stabilization, ongoing property management and ultimate disposition, Clearview is actively involved in every facet of the investment management process. Clearview Investment Management is the asset manager that identifies investment opportunities.

Clearview Construction is the in-house construction arm that manages pre-development and ultimate vertical construction of new developments, and redevelopment of existing assets. With each entity under common ownership, Clearview can streamline the development process while maximizing value creation without having to rely heavily on third-party consultants. However, in certain instances Clearview will outsource certain trades or aspects of development if they can be done more efficiently by a third party.
